Karo is an amazing jeweler, I trust him with all of my design needs. I’ve brought him old jewelry I didn’t want anymore and he was able to melt it down and fabricate custom pieces out of them. The shop has a humble, clean feel, and it’s run by a great family. Glad to continue supporting their small business.

WOW, best service I've ever encountered for all the years I've gotten watches professionally repaired (in this case I needed batteries replaced for a Movado and Fossil watches). Nobody beats the value here. I thought I had found good prices in Houston, Texas, but here they match that AND go above and beyond. Lovely little waiting area with a sweet dog named Jiggy while they gave me a cold water bottle. Also, it was fun speaking Russian with one of the store employees who is from Armenia. Down to Earth people who are clearly passionate about their service. Absolute pleasure doing business here and I'll DEFINITELY be back 😁
